You can currently apply for a Talaq Certificate, Khula Certificate or Dissolution of Nikah (divorce) using the link below<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The application is the same but the procedure differs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLEASE NOTE TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS YOU WILL NEED \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copy of a form of photographic I.D<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copy of Muslim marriage certificate (Nikah) or a sworn declaration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copies of any supporting evidence e.g. police log numbers, court orders, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where applicable \u2013 Copies of any civil divorce order (decree absolute or nici etc)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where applicable \u2013 Any Talaq or Khula decision or certificate by any Sharia Council<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a3200<\/span><\/strong> payment for Khula\/Talaq certificate or \u00a3375<\/span><\/strong> for Dissolution of Nikah<\/p>\n\n\n\n
