PLEASE NOTE TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS YOU WILL NEED –
- Copy of a form of photographic I.D
- Copy of Muslim marriage certificate (Nikah) or a sworn declaration.
- Copies of any supporting evidence e.g. police log numbers, court orders, etc
- Where applicable – Copies of any civil divorce order (decree absolute or nici etc)
- Where applicable – Any Talaq or Khula decision or certificate by any Sharia Council
The prices for our services are as follows –
Talaq Certificate – £200
Khula Certificate – £200
Dissolution of Nikah – £375
(Where Khula or Talaq comes from the dissolution of marriage procedure the full amount of £375 is still payable)
