The application is the same but the procedure differs

PLEASE NOTE TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS YOU WILL NEED –
Copy of a form of photographic I.D
Copy of Muslim marriage certificate (Nikah) or a sworn declaration.
Copies of any supporting evidence e.g. police log numbers, court orders, etc
Where applicable – Copies of any civil divorce order (decree absolute or nici etc)
Where applicable – Any Talaq or Khula decision or certificate by any Sharia Council
£200 payment for Khula/Talaq certificate or £375 for Dissolution of Nikah
