Our community faces many problems in relation to family matters and a majority of these problems stem from ignorance to the Islamic rules and regulations regarding marriage and divorce.
We want to stress that the aim of Manchester Sharia Council is to Keep families together, but where we can’t, Islam gives various options within the framework of mainstream Islamic law – With an emphasis on equity and fairness to both Men and Women.
